Designed by veteran military officers, Mission: Leadership consists of a series of mentally stimulating team-based challenges presented over two days that improve a team’s cohesiveness and the individual athlete’s leadership competencies. The event is engineered to build stronger teams through the purposeful integration of leadership models, theories, best practices, and kinesthetic learning. Each challenge develops the team and the individual athlete’s ability to think critically, influence, and communicate while creating competitive advantage through greater trust, innovation, collaboration, and adaptability.
